Owner, Sara Cujak, is a third generation store owner.  Her Grandfather, Antoine Cujak, started Cujak's Food Market in Berlin, WI.  Her father, Kleo, took over the business before selling it in the 1960s.  Both of Sara's sisters have their own successful businesses, so it is in the Cujak gene.

Kleo also use to be a home wine maker.  He had two oak barrels in the basement that he kept a watchful eye on.  His wine was always sitting on the shelf.  So for Sara, wine is very natural.  She has also been to several wine classes and is self-educated about wine.

Sara believes wine is something to enjoy and explore.  With so many types of wines and regions out there, there is wine for everyone.  It's just a matter of figuring out ones favorite, which is where the fun lays.
